Breaking News: Hezbollah Claims Rocket Attack on Kiryat Shmona as Air Raid Sirens Sound Across Israel

45 minutes ago: In a separate incident, air raid sirens were triggered in Sapir and Ein Yahav, two communities in Israel’s southern Arava desert near the Jordanian border. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) identified “a suspicious aerial target” that crossed into Israeli airspace from the east, a direction previously linked to attacks from Iraq.
30 minutes ago: The IDF stated it is investigating the situation but did not clarify whether the suspected drone was intercepted.
25 minutes ago: Police sappers are currently at the scene after a Hezbollah rocket struck a building in Kiryat Shmona. Despite the damage, there are no reported injuries. Sirens continue to sound in the Negev mountains area as alerts extend further inland.
