Hurricane Milton Threatens Florida with Destructive Force

Forecasters predict storm surges of 10 to 15 feet in Tampa Bay, which could cause severe flooding. People living along the coast are being told to evacuate, as the storm could bring up to 18 inches of rain in some areas.
