Three Perfect Weeks of Strength is a guided three-week program designed to simplify strength training. With 12 30-minute workouts, each week focuses on a specific technique:

This program targets all major muscle groups and helps users build strength progressively.
Pickleball Training Program
With pickleball’s rising popularity, Fitness+ introduces a Strength, Endurance, and Agility for Pickleball program. Featuring world champion Catherine Parenteau, this series includes exercises to improve performance and boost confidence on the court.
Yoga Peak Poses Workshops
